Because our physical products are personal-care items, sales are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Opened, used or tested personal-care products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. Additional restrictions apply to promotional, clearance and digital products.

Damaged, leaking, missing or incorrect products must be reported according to the procedures and deadlines stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Codes

Promotions and coupon codes:

• Apply only during the stated promotional period

• Cannot be redeemed for cash

• Cannot be applied to previous purchases

• May exclude certain products, bundles or categories

• May require a minimum purchase

• Cannot be combined unless expressly stated

• May be limited to one use per customer, household or order

• May be canceled or corrected if created or distributed in error
   

If an order is refunded or adjusted, discounts and free-shipping qualifications may be recalculated.

TSC Organics reserves the right to reject or cancel the misuse, duplication, resale or unauthorized distribution of promotional offers.
 

Digital Products

Digital guides, ebooks, downloads and similar products are delivered electronically and are for the purchaser’s personal, noncommercial use.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, digital-product sales are final unless the file is defective or cannot be accessed because of an error attributable to TSC Organics.

Digital products may not be copied, resold, shared, uploaded, redistributed or used to create competing commercial materials without written permission.
 

Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for activity occurring through your account.

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
